1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flowdeck ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Flowdeck provides a web-based interface for creating, editing, and visualizing cockpit flow diagrams. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create using Flowdeck. You agree not to upload any cockpit diagrams or materials that violate intellectual property rights or are classified/restricted security information. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any flows you create before using them for training.

4. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Trademarks

The Flowdeck interface, code, graphics, design, and all associated copyrights are the exclusive intellectual property of Flowdeck. All trademarks, logos, brand names, service marks, and trade dress displayed on the Service (collectively the "Marks") are the exclusive property of Flowdeck.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the Flowdeck logo, brand name, or any associated copyrights in any way—including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials—without our explicit prior written consent.

The specific flow data and diagrams you create belong to you, but you grant Flowdeck a non-exclusive license to store and display them as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flowdeck, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. This specifically includes any liability for aviation incidents, training errors, or operational failures resulting from the use of materials created with this software.

6. Payments and Refunds

Flowdeck may offer paid features (e.g., watermark removal). All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
