  1. Step 1: Create a room

    Open your flow, click Collab, choose your role (PF or PM) and hit Create Room. A shareable link is generated in one click.

  2. Step 2: Partner joins

    Send the link via WhatsApp, email, or Teams. Guest enters the code, picks the opposite role, and they’re in — no login needed.

  3. Step 3: Practice together

    The host hits Start. Both pilots click through their flows in real time. Compare scores when you’re both done and debrief immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about your account, syncing, and upcoming features.

Don’t panic! Simply click the “Already paid? Restore” button found on the payment modal, and make sure you enter the same email with which the purchase was made.

Click the cloud button you’ll find in the upper right corner of the editor. This links your flows through Google Drive. Click the button again on a new device and they’ll automatically download from there.

Your user account only stores purchases previously made, not flows. Flows are saved in your local browser and have to be either manually exported or synced using the cloud button in the upper right corner of the editor.

We are working on a native app for iOS and Android. Meanwhile, you can “Add to Home Screen” when using an iPad, which makes Flowdeck work offline.
